I'm Elaine, a Product Designer with 7 years of experience based in Toronto. I began my career as an entrepreneur, then grew my expertise across startups, big e-commerce (Loblaw limited), and hospitality tech (Sonder).
Since 2024, I’ve led 24 workstreams for the Sonder × Marriott integration, shaping hotel operations across 40 cities and mentoring senior designers.
Outside of work, I love dancing and traveling, I go to the gym every other day. I’m a lifelong learner, both mentally and physically.

What I admire is Elaine's rigor and can-do attitude. I recall during her interview, I told the recruiter, 'I don't think I've ever met someone who seems so excited to work at Sonder!' And Elaine has continued to carry that energy into her work. She takes on any project or challenge with the same high energy and rigor.
I also appreciate that Elaine knows the details of her domain inside and out, which is hugely helpful to prestay. I KNOW it has made the experience better for our guests, which she should feel proud of.
