Challenge
How to design for a dual-system experience
As the lead product designer, I was responsible for ensuring the end-to-end guest journey felt intuitive, cohesive, and trustworthy — even as users transitioned between two very different platforms. The goal was to bridge systems without introducing friction or confusion for the guest.
